“It didn’t used to be called ‘organic’ farming, it was just farming” says Kevin Guyer.
Poultry in Motion is run by husband and wife Kevin Guyer and Kerry O’Donoghue, originally from Maine. They moved down to Mississippi for a longer farming season and better weather; Water Valley is a place they can cultivate their love for living off the land.
This project was produced over the course of 48 hours in collaboration with Christyn Allen and mentor Josh Birnbaum, along with the support of the Lens Collective Workshop and the University of Mississippi.
